When are you open?
We open 9.30 to 5.30, Monday to Saturday, and are open til 7 on thurdays.
Where abouts on Hessle Road are you?
Please see our map for our location, We are found opposite Boyes on the corner of Walcott Street.
Is there car parking?
Yes, there is a parking bay located outside the store.
After I've bought a bike, can I take it with me the same day?
Yes, usually within one hour, after the mechanics have assembled it and have done saftey checks, making it ready for road use, this may be longer during busy times.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver, normally on an evening, to avoid having to wait in during the day. Typically £10 to address in Hull.
How long would it take to repair my bike?
Depends on how busy the workshop is when you arrive, our aim is always ASAP.
Do you accept Visa/Switch/American express?
Yes, We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Can you order a bike in especially if Kingston Cycles does not have it in stock?
Yes, In most cases if it is one of our core brands and in stock at our suppliers, we can have it ready to collect in about one week.
How much will a full service cost me?
A full service costs £35, not including replacement parts.
Do you sell/buy second hand bikes?
Nope.
