When are you open?

We open 9.30 to 5.30, Monday to Saturday, and we have a late night opening on Thursdays til 7. We're closed on Sunday.


Where abouts on Hessle Road are you?

Please see our map for our location, We are found opposite Boyes on the corner of Walcott Street.


Is there car parking?

Yes, there is a parking bay located outside the store.


After I've bought a bike, can I take it with me the same day?

Yes, usually within one hour, after the mechanics have assembled it and have done saftey checks, making it ready for road use, this may be longer during busy times.


Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver, normally on an evening, to avoid having to wait in during the day. Typically £10 to £15.


How long would it take to repair my bike?

Depends on how busy the workshop is when you arrive, we usually have your bike ready to collect the next day.


Do you accept Visa/Switch/American express?

Yes, We accept all major credit/debit cards.


Can you order a bike in especially if Kingston Cycles does not have it in stock?

Yes, In most cases if it is one of our core brands and in stock at our suppliers, we can have it ready to collect in about one week depending on the stock situation at our suppliers.


How much will a full service cost me?

A typical full service costs from £35, plus any replacement parts needed. We offer free quotes for services, and you are under no obligation to have the work done if you choose not to.


Are you a member of the Cycle-to-Work scheme?

Yes, however there are a couple of different schemes currently running, so many sure to make a note of which one your company is working with. See more about Cycleschemes here.


Do you sell/buy second hand bikes?

Nope.
